160 golfers took part in our ever-popular Men’s Seniors Open competition.

There were some fantastic scores and the winners were:

1st place (88pts) – Chris Mather, Ian Feetham, George Claridge and Paul Smith (Wath GC)

2nd place (88pts) – Lucian Rawlings, Greg Mattock and Mark Bobeszko (Hillsborough GC) and Gareth Day (Dore and Totley GC)

3rd place (87pts) – James Raynor, Harrison Raynor, Spencer Hibbert and John Kirk (Dore and Totley GC)

4th place (85pts) – Mick Cardy. Paul Cardy, Mike Davies and Trevor Mountford (Laceby Manor GC)

5th place (84pts) – Liam King, Ash Watts, Daniel Graney and Nicholas Miller (Radcliffe on Trent GC)

6th place (84pts) – Lee Wharton, Duncan Shepherd, Steve Challand and David Culf (Hillsborough GC)

The team, all members at Wath Golf Club, scored 79 points.

Regrettably, due to the ongoing COVID situation, the decision was been made to cancel our Prize Presentation for 2021.

This is the second year in succession that the event has been cancelled, it’s disappointing because this is an important event in the club’s diary, an evening to celebrate the achievements of our members and to share in their success.

In the absence of the Presentation Evening, the Competitions Committee has produced a presentation video with the details of the prizes that would have been awarded during the evening.
