The Chesterfield Golf Club welcomes visitors. Our beautiful, long established and mature parkland course nestles amongst woodland at the edge of the Peak District National Park. It provides an enjoyable challenge to all standards of golfer.

Shane, our Professional, and his assistants, will give you a warm reception as you check in. Neil and his team will look after your sustenance before and / or after your round in our Clubhouse.

We have buggies for hire (must be pre-booked) for those who wish to use them.

Guest Rounds for Members

Members can buy 4 guest rounds for £60 ( – and as many as you like - ).

Dress Code

We have a relaxed dress code, however, there are certain minimum requirements:

On the Course

  • Shorts may be worn but they must be tailored and of a respectable length and must be worn either with sports socks or knee length stockings. Trousers must not be worn tucked into socks; shirts must be tucked into trousers.
  • Training shoes, denim jeans and collarless/sleeveless shirts are not allowed on the course.
  • Ladies may wear sleeveless blouses.

In the Clubhouse

  1. Smart casual wear is permitted throughout the club house. ( No faded , bleached or ripped jeans )
  2. Shirts unless tailored must be tucked into trousers.
  3. Golf clothes are allowed in the lounge areas but must be clean and dry.
  4. The following items of dress are always unacceptable - untailored or sports shorts, "T" shirts, track suits, football / rugby shirts, trainers or golf shoes, water proofs, sports headwear and outer wear.
  5. Notification of events requiring more formal dress will be posted.
  • Mobile Phones must not be used for making or receiving calls whilst members and visitors are in the Clubhouse
  • Smoking, including e-Cigarettes, is not permitted
  • Changing is not allowed in the Car Park.
