Club Captain John Day organised a day of perfect weather for this most important golfing event of the season; Course Manager, Mark Crossley, and his team had prepared the course wonderfully, in both appearance and quality; Neil and Nicola and their team prepared and served an excellent meal.

Captain's Extra Day - 4th July
On the Monday following is the Captain’s second day for those unable to play on the Sunday. A stableford competition is the order of the day and with great weather and course some good scores were posted. The winner was John Witham with 39 pts second was Mick Dickman with 38 pts BB9. Roy Nicholas won the 9 Hole prize with 17pts. The Seniors (+75) prize went to Jim Coulson with 36 pts.
